How many slippers should I order?

Weddings can vary but we typically recommend purchasing 40% of your total guest list.      

 

What sizes will come included in my bundle?

20 pair bundle: 3 small, 8 medium, 7 large and 2 X-large 

50 pair bundle: 8 small, 20 medium, 18 large, 4 X-large                

Small        5-6 US

Medium    6.5-7.5 US

Large        8-9 US

X-Large    9.5-10.5 US    

 

Can I change the sizing breakdown? 

 Yes, you can. Simply leave a note to during the check out process with your sizing preference. 

 

Can you customize the tag saying?

Unfortunately, we don’t have the capability to customize the tag saying or font.  

 

Do they come in a display box? 

The display box is not included. You can purchase display container inexpensively at your local craft store.

 

What is the best way to display the slippers?

You can head on over to our IG @Verreslippers to get some display ideas. 

 

Do you offer discounts on large orders? 

Yes, we offer discounts on orders of 200+ pairs. Please contact us for a discount code. 

 

Do you offer discounts to event planners? 

Yes, we love wedding planners.

 

What is your return policy?

 

We will be happy to return/exchange unworn or defective merchandise within 7 days after delivery date. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days.  All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. Incomplete bundles may not be returned  Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not provide return shipping labels, buyer is responsible for shipping charges. A 15%  restocking fee may apply on selected styles. Contact us to get your refund or exchange started.

How long will it take to process my order?

We try our best to process all order as quickly as possible. Please allow a 3-5 business day for processing. 

 

How long does shipping take? 

Bundles ship via Fed-Ex ground which can take up to 6 business days. Single bridal slippers ship via USPS first class mail which take 5-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Contact us for shipping rates and delivery times. Duties fees are not included in shipping rate.
